Teach God’s Word to Children, Your Own or Someone Else’s.

Teach God’s Word to Children

And these words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on you heart; and you shall teach them diligantly to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

Teach God’s Word to Children (your own or someone else’s). No one learns more than the teacher. Digging into Scripture and simplifying it to a child’s level causes us to retain far more of the Bible than we might dream possible. Conversing about Scripture in everyday situations is especially effective, as well.

If we are memorizing Scripture, we can more easily use traveling and waiting times for meditating on God’s words and praying them back to Him. That is a better alternative than allowing ones mind to just drift into neutral

Place a high priority on developing a personal love relationship with God We Want to spend as much time as possible with someone we love very deeply. The love grows as we get better acquainted!
